Client Terms of Business

1. Services and Consultations

Fleur Borrelli offers health and lifestyle programmes designed to help clients reset their metabolism and nervous system. Services are delivered online via Zoom or through Kajabi-hosted digital programmes.

Before starting, clients may be offered a brief complimentary consultation to determine suitability.

2. Booking and Fees

Details of current programmes and fees are displayed on the website or provided at the time of booking. All fees are payable in advance via Kajabi Payments (Stripe).

Invoices are issued prior to consultation where applicable. Packages and sessions are non-transferable.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Individual consultations:
  
  
• Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice – no charge.
  
  
• Cancellations with 24–48 hours’ notice – 50% of the fee charged.
  
  
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments – 100% of the fee charged.

• In accordance with UK consumer law, online purchases include a 14-day cooling-off period unless access to programme materials begins immediately, in which case you acknowledge that the refund right is waived once content access starts.

4. Payment Options

Payments are made securely online via Kajabi Payments (Stripe). No additional transaction fees apply.

International clients are responsible for any bank or currency conversion fees charged by their financial institution.

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

All client information is treated as strictly confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.

6. Professional Boundaries and Scope

Fleur Borrelli provides nutritional and lifestyle guidance for educational and wellbeing purposes only.
She does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Clients are responsible for consulting their healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.

7. Limitation of Liability

Results vary between individuals. Success depends on each client’s level of commitment, follow-through, and personal circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fleur Borrelli is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any programme or consultation.

8. Professional Membership

Fleur Borrelli is a member of the Pruimboom Institute.  The Pruimboom Institute, founded in 2023 by Dr. Leo Pruimboom, provides world-class training to medical and paramedical professionals in the field of clinical psychoneuroimmunology (cPNI).
