Have you ever had a single moment that changed everything?
For me, it was June 1982, in a quiet Wiltshire village. My father, the local GP, wise and deeply respected, was my role model. That summer, my family life shifted dramatically, and years later, a discovery about my father’s silent trauma during World War II revealed something profound: our unspoken experiences shape our health more than we realise.
That discovery set me on a different path. For over 20 years I have worked at the intersection of clinical psychoneuroimmunology, nutritional therapy, and metabolic medicine, understanding that what happens to us, and how we adapt to it, shows up in the body long after the event has passed. My work is to join those dots; to find the original mechanism and to help you understand your body in a way that finally makes sense.
